Shipping

Every Brady Legler piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and fully insured before it leaves our hands.

Processing Time

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days after order verification and final inspection.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces have production timelines noted on the product page or in your custom quote. Once complete, please allow 3–5 business days for final processing before shipment.

All timelines are estimates.

Delivery

We ship within the United States using fully insured delivery via FedEx or UPS.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Bradylegler.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers are subject to their own policies.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Delivery is defined as the date the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. If a signature is required, delivery is defined as the date signed.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The piece must be unworn and unused
  • The item must show no signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage
  • All original packaging, protective materials, and documentation (including certificates) must be included

Returned items are subject to inspection and approval.

Eligibility by Purchase Value

Pieces Under $25,000:
Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Pieces $25,000 and Above:
Eligible for credit or exchange only. Credit may be applied toward a piece of equal or greater value.

Bespoke Commissions:
Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale and not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

How to Start a Return
  1. Contact Us
    Email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
  2. Authorization
    If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and insured shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Secure Shipping
    Jewelry must be packaged securely and shipped using an insured, trackable method. In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid, fully insured return label.
Inspection & Processing

Once received, your return will be inspected to confirm it meets the requirements above. We aim to complete inspections within 3–5 business days.

For approved refunds (under $25,000), please allow 5–10 business days for funds to post, depending on your financial institution.

For approved credits or exchanges ($25,000 and above), we will guide you through the next steps promptly.

Fraud, Misrepresentation & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, credit, or refund request involving suspected fraud, misuse, tampering, substitution, or chargeback activity.

We may request reasonable documentation or cooperation during any review process.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges and associated taxes are non-refundable except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
