The only rule in Brady’s studio is that everything begins in blue. He mixes nearly all of his own hues, treating color as language. No two paintings carry the same tone. Emotion drives the work. The strongest pieces emerge from whatever he is living through. What he sees, feels, and absorbs becomes form.
